Terms of Service

1. The Service

Rich Score ("Service", "we", "us") is a competitive leaderboard application. Members build their public Rich Score through monthly subscriptions and one-time contributions, both of which are added directly to their score. The Service is operated by Hoovus Kinnisvara OÜ (registry code 16775200), Estonia.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions, Contributions and Billing

Subscription Tiers

A subscription gives you access to the leaderboard and adds your monthly fee to your Rich Score automatically at the start of each billing period. The score added each month is the tax-inclusive amount charged in your region — see VAT and Local Taxes below.

Contributions

Contributions are one-time payments that are added to your Rich Score immediately upon purchase. They are separate from your subscription and do not affect your subscription status or tier.

On Android, contributions are processed as a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play. On the web (listoflegacy.com), subscriptions and contributions are processed by card through Stripe, and you may choose any contribution amount. iOS in-app purchase support will be available in a future update.

VAT and Local Taxes

Base prices are set in USD. Depending on your country of residence as reported by your app store, VAT or equivalent consumption tax is applied on top of the base price before it is credited to your Rich Score. For example, a $10 contribution from a user in Germany (19% VAT) adds $11.90 to their Rich Score.

Tax rates are sourced from Google Play's published country-by-country tax schedule. We update our rate table regularly to reflect regulatory changes. However, tax laws change frequently and there may be a short delay between a rate change and our system reflecting it. Slight discrepancies between the credited amount and the exact tax-inclusive price may occasionally occur. If you believe the amount credited to your score is materially incorrect, please contact support@listoflegacy.com within 30 days of the transaction.

Website (Stripe) payments: the amount added to your Rich Score is the amount actually charged to your card at Stripe checkout. Any applicable tax is handled at checkout, and no separate VAT gross-up is applied to your score beyond what you pay. In all cases — app store or web — your Rich Score reflects the real amount you paid.

Billing

• Android payments (subscriptions and contributions) are processed through Google Play. By making a purchase on Android, you authorise Google to charge your payment method in accordance with Google Play's billing terms.
• Website payments (subscriptions and contributions) are processed by Stripe. By paying on the web, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment card, and for subscriptions you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Payments are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
• iOS in-app purchases will be processed through Apple App Store when iOS support launches. This page will be updated accordingly.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You will be charged at the start of each subscription billing period.
• Contributions are charged immediately as a one-time purchase.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android). If you subscribed on the website, you can cancel from your account or by emailing support@listoflegacy.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.
• Score accumulated from past subscription fees and contributions is permanent and will not be removed upon cancellation.
• Contributions are one-time purchases and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Subscription fees and contributions are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@listoflegacy.com within 14 days and we will review your case. EU consumers have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period for digital services, which begins when you first access the service. By accessing the Service immediately after subscribing, you acknowledge that this withdrawal period has begun.

Where a refund or payment reversal (chargeback) is granted, the corresponding amount is automatically removed from your Rich Score, and your contribution total and ranking are adjusted accordingly.

4. Your Rich Score

• Your Rich Score is the sum of all subscription fees and contributions paid to date.
• Scores are permanent. Past payments cannot be removed from the public record.
• We reserve the right to investigate and correct scores affected by fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• We do not guarantee any specific ranking position.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload, share, or display sexually explicit, pornographic, or nude imagery of any kind.
• Upload content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to manipulate rankings through fraudulent means or chargebacks.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or leaderboard rules.
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or intimidate other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (profile photos, bio, social links). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

Your username, Rich Score, rank, and contribution history are public by default. You may set your profile to private to hide detailed information, though your rank and score will remain visible on the leaderboard.

7. Content Moderation

We use automated tools, including Google Cloud Vision API, to screen profile photos and cover photos for sexually explicit or otherwise prohibited content at the time of upload. Images that are detected as adult or explicit will be rejected automatically.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to take appropriate action against the account responsible, up to and including permanent suspension. Content decisions are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

8. Reporting Inappropriate Content

If you encounter a profile containing inappropriate or prohibited content, you can report it directly from that user's profile page in the app. Reports are reviewed by our team. We do not guarantee a specific response time, but all reports are taken seriously.

Submitting false or malicious reports is a violation of these Terms and may result in your account being suspended.

10. Intellectual Property

The Rich Score name, logo, design, and all app content are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Availability and Changes

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We will provide reasonable notice before any significant changes that affect your subscription.
• We may update subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rich Score shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts. EU consumers may also bring claims before the courts of their country of residence.

For EU consumers, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
