How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Rich Score account and personal data at any time. Follow the steps below.
Open the app
Log in to Rich Score on your iOS or Android device.
Go to your Profile
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
Open Settings
Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of your profile.
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Confirm when prompted.
If you are unable to access the app, you can also request deletion by emailing support@richscore.ee from the email address associated with your account.
Request Deletion of Specific Data
You can also request deletion of specific personal data without closing your account entirely. For example, you may request removal of your profile photo, bio, social links, or birth year while keeping your account active.
To make a partial data deletion request, email support@richscore.ee specifying which data you would like removed. We will respond within 30 days.
Some data cannot be removed without deleting the account (for example, your email address is required to maintain the account).
What Gets Deleted (Full Account Deletion)

Your Rich Score and anonymous contribution amounts are retained to preserve the integrity of the permanent leaderboard. They are no longer linked to your identity after deletion.
Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Before deleting, please cancel your subscription through the platform you subscribed on:
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Rich Score → Cancel
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Rich Score → Cancel
